Healing the Stories We Tell Ourselves

For Those Seeking Greater Life Fulfillment Through Self Awareness, Personal Development and Conscious Living.

Free Yourself From The Weight Of Your Unhealthy Stories! Healing the Stories We Tell Ourselves is a unique interactive personal enrichment experience that helps you to uncover and let go of the toxic stories that you are carrying about yourself and others. These "stories" stop you in your tracks, deflate you, steal your power, stand in the way of your joy, success, dreams and deepest desires.

In the class, you will have an opportunity to identify and shift unproductive beliefs (stories), and open the door to healing old wounds and moving forward toward your desires. Our stories can be heavy, and they weaken us, leaving us feeling tired, doubtful, uninspired, short tempered, quick to judge, defensive, suspicious, emotional, etc. If held long enough, these toxic tales can make us sick. Tales that cause both inner and outer turmoil. What ever the degree, we share that turmoil with our children, families, friends, co-workers, etc. These stories must go!
Healing the Stories We Tell Ourselves is essential to living a free, happy and fulfilled life. Open to women ages 18+ and Co-ed classes where noted, men ages 18+.

Conscious Photography

Creative Photography I - for New Shooters
TBA - Western MA.

Join us as we kickoff our first year of conscious photography classes, camps and workshops for both kids and adults. Creative Photography I introduces new shutter bugs to the art of photography. We will cover basic camera functions and various photographic techniques, as well as explore "the frame" and the many elements that come together to create a great image. Classes will be held mostly outdoors under natural lighting conditions. In series classes, students will be responsible for completing assignments and exhibiting their work before guests, family, and friends.

Conscious photography requires us to slow down and think, be patient, calculate, open our eyes, evaluate, and view the world with greater perspective. These are all skills that when applied, can also enhance and energize our daily lives. Our students will not only grow as photographers but personally as well. Self empowerment through the camera lens. Now how cool is that?! Join Us!

Mother Turtle (Marsia Harris) is a Fine Art photographer and graduate of the Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University. Her photography depicts nature, animal and human, still life and the abstract. Her images capture a depth and surreal yet natural beauty of her subjects. As a teacher she shares her unique way of seeing the world and inspires students to go beyond standard image making, and to look at the photograph as a work of art with endless possibilities for today's photographer.
